This requires the customer to dismantle their arm & pivot and install the new or virtually new rubber, (hub and roller included). $18   (1) Pinch roller INSTALLED onto YOUR metal arm (which must be sent to us and returned shipped), total cost $36  (If you don't know how to remove your bad roller & replace it , then you must send yours in)  The roller we sell & use is either new or virtually new and a correct special high speed running proper tension rubber
