These were used in many of the EV 8inch designs with the passive radiator compliment. It correctly tunes to that small cabinet as well as any cabinet up to 25% larger. Actually, it would be better to show us your existing cabinet so we could match to the correct woofer in our large stock (we have 200 plus which are not listed in our database). All our drivers are correctly, professionally reconed or re-edged and tested for alignment and distortion. We do not attempt the refoaming ourselves, as skilled and experienced as we may be; this is the job of a specialist and ours is one of the best anywhere.
