If you are calling or e-mailing about a motor, especially one that is rare or not specifically listed on our site, please include as many of the following details as possible: the direction the motor spins (clockwise or counterclockwise) when looking down the shaft, the voltage, and the diameter of the axle shaft (measured carefully). Also, a photo of your old motor is very helpful.

Spare or substitute parts may be available. Email Us at sales@audioproz.com and include a picture and/or the number on the unit. We make excellent spare part selections.

To inquire about a motor you can show us a picture and/or find model number on your motor.
Actually some model numbers are virtually the same except slight cosmetic (color) or historical change, or a top bracket mount is slightly different. Once the actual look is the same then it is the same motor. It is true that sometimes the motor rotor develops cracks and can have weak torque.

Used Cartridges: We have many used cartridges which have all been exchanged here for upgrades. They are all tested and working perfectly. Some may need a new stylus.

Regarding Dual 502 and similar models, be aware virtually no good sounding clone, counterfeit or replacement stylus for older cartridge types exists at this time for Shure, Empire (not great sounding anyhow) ADC, Stanton, Sonus AKG etc.
At this point only a few companies have genuine correct and a clearly better sounding true 3x7 nul stylus as in Audio Technica (best money spent) Grado, Ortofon and Oyster (not too bad of a deal) have real honest good sounding stylus. Some retailers are repackaging a $9 clone stylus at $30 and $90. The retail price does not make it better, it's dishonest. The simple fact is a correctly chosen better Audio Technica cart/stylus at $50 to $120 is a better product sonically than most $200+ price fancy name brand products.
