Any weak solder points were reinforced to be more rugged. Tuner varicon is very clean and has excellent FM stereo lock in(this design does require tuning into target station slowly to achieve full FM stereo lock. ) Unit has seen very little use time. Original bulbs are still good. Cosmetically and functionally excellent. Faceplate is very clean with only minor signs of wear. Wooden case is in excellent, very clean condition. All rear connectors and faceplate knobs are completely intact and in excellent, clean condition with only minor wear/ staining from age and use. #9 Condition.

Very clean, low use unit. Cosmetically excellent with no broken parts. All controls & connections very clean. Unit only shows minor signs of use. Unit functions excellently. Beautiful, silverface vintage Pioneer design. Capacitors in power supply were replaced and upgraded. Old caps weren't bad but were upgraded regardless. FM indicator bulb was replaced, has a slightly stronger orange glow than the rest of the indicator bulbs but it looks nice. All controls and connections were double cleaned and tested. Relay was removed, cleaned, serviced and re-installed. Solder points on power supply board were reinforced and made more rugged. All 2SC1313 transistors were replaced with 2N5500 lower noise type transistors. Some resistors in power supply were upgraded as the original parts are known to heat up over time. 6db pad added to amp board for a nicer range/ response from the volume knob. FM was calibrated and has excellent stereo lock-in as well as signal strength. Faceplate and display are in good condition, some light scratches on the top of faceplate. Wooden case is in great shape with only some minor signs of wear on the corners/ edges. All controls and connectors are in good condition with only light signs of use and wear. Very low use unit, cosmetically and functionally great. #8+ condition.
Vintage Silverface Receiver. Unit is in excellent shape, faceplate and controls all very clean. Rear connectors also very clean. Some peeling/ lifting of faux wood veneer on side panels but has been lightly repaired with wood grain tape. Otherwise this is a very good condition unit with low use time. Basic cleaning done, FM alignment/ calibration done. #8+ condition
Stereo Receiver. Nice, Silverface unit in excellent shape. Low use time. 4 Bulbs in faceplate display recently replaced (07/24). All controls recently cleaned, new thermal paste applied to the back of the powerpack. All rca inputs cleaned/ tightened. FM stereo alignment/ calibration completed. Excellent, high strength FM stereo. Some minor cosmetic wear but no parts damaged or broken. Low use time, faceplate & display are very clean. All connectors & controls work/ function excellently.
