Heads are 75% good. Unit has been cleaned and calibrated; we re-soldered the power supply board and motor board; calibrated to semi-pro level for use with all kinds of tapes. All mechanics are good. Better side boards. Face cosmetics are nice. Overall, there is obvious wear all over, but this is a good performing machine. #8- condition
