I have the parts and fix these all the time, unless the unit has been very seriously abused. Any forty year old machine like these will have bad capacitors, intermittent controls, possible breaks in circuit foils, and bad panel connectors. The FM alignment will likely be off as well due to aging of the tuner components. Virtually every Model 21 will require to re-rubberize the speaker skiver (edge suspension), since the butyl evaporates away after twenty years and the woofers lose their bass fid...

You MUST carefully pack and Double Box your unit! Do not allow a third party like UPS to pack units for you. (they do not understand the care required to protect these kinds of electronics to arrive safely)
