Idler to gear drive conversion kit. Contains the following new parts (1 of each): geartooth drive idler, arm; motor gear; supply hub; forward hub (with strobe). You must carefully re-use your existing washers, but the kit is easy to install. We offer an alternative method of making the idler grip the drive hubs better. We sell a sticky rubber application to the pulley which creates a tacky very grippy drive surface with one application. $8 includes shipping. Only partial idler kit now exists, which is $22.
