Note: this version cover has a small flange in front that acts as a lift handle. The rear has an extension running the full length, that acts as the hinge and fits into a slot of the base. (additionally it has notches 2 & 1/4"from the side for hinge attachments that are used in some other variations) #7+ condition, cover has many scratches and is foggy, but intact and usable.
