Not manufactured by ADC, but industrial made with ADC connectors. One space rack mount, 48 points, TRS balanced normalled bottom row. Unit has seen heavy use, but this is a rugged design and all connectors have been cleaned and tested. Connections hard wired on back panel, but can be removed if desired. #7 condition
