At that time the shop owner Vince, will provide additional pertinent information regarding diagnostic fees, estimated total service costs and scheduling.
Having this information really helps to solve problems in today's era, in some cases people are incorrectly using their machines because of another fault or worse yet have misdiagnosed their own problems. Vince has been in business for 45 years, he has seen it all and knows how to figure it out.

Nothing can be accepted into the shop without a properly completed Service Intake Form that includes the estimate, total cost and service schedule information; that has been provided to you.

You MUST carefully pack and Double Box your unit! Do not allow a third party
like UPS to pack units for you. (they do not understand the care required to protect these kinds of electronics
to arrive safely)
